By using ZapMAXX you agree to use the service in compliance with WhatsApp's terms and applicable laws. ZapMAXX provides infrastructure and is not responsible for content sent through the platform.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel any instance at any time from the dashboard; billing stops at the end of the current period. We reserve the right to suspend instances that engage in spam, fraud or abuse.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. ZapMAXX LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.
